Yesterday evening and tonight I had my first classes at the Malisa Theatre Academy. I am enrolled for three weeks here to work with Michael Luggio on the English version of my play: The Story of The Einstein Girl. It had been almost two years since I had seen him. He was one of my teachers at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Tonight we worked on the first part of the play and he gave me a lot of feedback and exercises to work on. Tomorrow afternoon we’ll be working on the second part.
After this very interesting and good work of tonight I went to the Magnolia Bakery in Bleecker Street to treat myself to a very big piece of chocolate pie! It was delicious.
The performances at the studio will be April 26th and April 27th. Casting agencies and directors will be invited.
